Lunacy Header

‘LUNACY was created as a proof of concept for a kids game. Created in Unreal Engine, the game used a blend of 2D and 3D animation. 2D animation was created in Adobe Illustrator, rigged and animated in Character Animator, composited in After Effects and assembled in Premiere Pro. The 3D was modelled in Maya, textured in Substance Painter and then rigged and animated in Unreal Engine.

Adobe Character Animator enabled animations to be created, rendered, modified, and updated within a very tight production schedule. Its rapid turnaround capabilities and professional output quality made the volume of animated sequences achievable. We hope to make more game content with these amazing tools!
